NOICEY Artists Partnership Program
This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on [Effective Date] between NOICEY LLC, located at [Company Address] (referred to as “Company”) and [Artist Name],
located at [Artist Address] (referred to as “Artist”).
1. Partnership Program
1.1 Company employs Artist as a creative partner for the purpose of promoting and
selling Artist's art and music through the Company's website.
1.2 Artist agrees to upload their artwork and music content to the Company's website for sale.
1.3 Artist will receive 50% of the earnings generated from the sales of their uploads on the Company's website.
2. Ownership and Rights
2.1 Any uploads by the Artist on the Company's website are considered joint property owned by both the Company and the Artist.
2.2 The Company has the right to promote, market, and sell the uploaded content on the website.
2.3 The Artist retains all copyrights to their original work.
3. Promotion and Marketing
3.1 Artist agrees to promote the Company's website on their social media platforms to increase visibility and sales.
3.2 Company may provide promotional materials to the Artist for marketing purposes.
4. Term and Termination
4.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either party.
4.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement with a thirty (30) days written notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Artist
resulting from the use of the Company's website.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the term of this
Agreement confidential.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country].
In witness thereof, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date mentioned above.
NOICEY Model Partnership Program
This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between NOICEY LLC ("Company") and [Clothing Model] ("Model") on the effective date of acceptance of this contract by the Model.
1. Scope of Work
1.1 Model agrees to provide modeling services for Company’s clothing products and accessories.
1.2 Model shall be responsible for uploading pictures and modeling content to the Company’s website.
2. Compensation
2.1 Model shall receive 50% of the earnings generated from the sales of clothing products featured in the Model’s uploads.
2.2 Payments shall be made to the Model on a monthly basis, within 15 days of the end of each calendar month.
3. Ownership and Rights
3.1 Any content uploaded by the Model shall be considered a joint venture and shared property of the Company and the Model.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to use the uploaded content for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.
4. Promotion
4.1 The Company encourages and expects the Model to promote the Company’s website on the Model’s social media platforms.
4.2 The Model agrees to actively participate in promotional activities as requested by the Company to enhance brand awareness.
5. Termination
5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice of 30 days.
5.2 Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the partnership confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
